Changing to Nutrience: It is always important to gradually transition your puppy from one food to another, even when changing formulas within the same brand.
Start with around 25% Nutrience mixed with 75% old food on day one. Slowly increase the amount of Nutrience over 7 days. Gradually decrease the amount of the old food over the same time.
