Fidos Flea Rinse Concentrate is a low-odour, water-based formula for natural flea and tick control containing the natural insecticide pyrethrin. Safe for kittens, puppies, cats, dogs and birds.
Can also be used to treat bedding, carpet and other areas the pet frequents. Can be poured or sprayed directly on to the coat after shampooing (remember to dilute first before applying). Very popular for use with hydrobaths. Importantly, it contains no alcohol or petroleum solvents. Pyrethrin acts on insects, fleas and ticks in dogs and cats, as well as lice in cage birds. Safe to use in hydrobaths due to the almost complete absence of organic solvents – will not harm the pump mechanism. Also has minor repellent properties, preventing tick attachment for up to 3 days on dogs and cats. Wash hands after use, avoid contact with skin and eyes, avoid breathing in the vapour when spraying. When using for zone control on fabrics, it’s always worth testing a hidden area first to check.
