FEEDING GUIDE:

1) Rinse well until water runs clear

2) soak for 8-12 hours in a bowl, well covered in water 3 x water to 1 super sprout

3) Spread sprouts in a colander, bag or dish and place in a dark, well ventilated area.

4) Rinse well several times a day

5) Super sprout is ready for use when tails first begin to appear.

6) Rinse well and allow to dry off before serving.

N.B. NEVER feed old or spoiled sprouts. Sprouts should smell sweet and earthy, not sour.

Protein 12.0%, Fibre 5.8%, Fat 3.4%

INGREDIENTS:
Maize, Oats, Wheat, Oilseed Bird Rape, Radish, Peas, Mung Beans, Canary Seed, Sunflower and Buckwheat.
