Hens will usually lay where there’s an egg or two so placing fake eggs in the nest box/es will help to encourage them to lay there. The time to get some fake eggs is when pullets are at POL (point of lay) to encourage them to lay in the nest boxes from an early age.

Large Plastic Brood Eggs: These eggs are standard size weighted hens eggs. 63mm long x 44mm diameter and weighing 36gm each.
Large Rubber Brood Eggs: These eggs are standard size weighted hens eggs. 52mm long x 40mm diameter and weighing 60gm each.
